As you may have seen in our “Gallery”, we have many commemorative and patriotic designs from which to choose that would honor families and service personnel alike. Most military veterans and local heroes are very proud of their service and honoring them is one of our specialties. Name, rank, dates of service, unit served with, ship names and military specialties are just some of the few pieces of information that veterans love to see on their flags.

But just because you didn’t see what you were looking for in our gallery, doesn’t mean we can’t do it. Customizing your commemorative or patriotic flag or accessory takes it to a whole new level. The possibilities are practically endless. You have the ability to make this your own design. Let’s work together to make this an incredible, one-of-a-kind piece of art work.

Custom Ordering in Four Easy Steps

STEP 1: Complete the Custom Order Form

If you have an idea for a fully customized flag, or a customized addition for one of our current flags, give us the opportunity to craft it for you. Complete the form below, giving us any personalization details, including the type of product, size, colors and theme you want included.

Using the Custom Order Form, you can also upload and send us your image – keep in mind that the higher the image quality, the better. We will analyze it quickly and let you know if your image is acceptable. It’s just that simple!

*NOTE:

Custom graphics with a lot of detail may not work on our relatively small flags. We will let you know if this is the case with your custom flag.

STEP 2: Confirmation & Payment

You will receive a confirmation email from us confirming we received the order, any questions we may have about the order, an invoice, and an estimated time for processing after payment is received.

*NOTE:​

Purchasing any custom work that includes script, spelling, grammar or designs submitted by the client will be the client’s total responsibility. If an error occurs caused by misinformation or approval of information previously supplied by the client, full responsibility of that error will be borne by the client.

STEP 3: Design & Build

Once we have received your order instructions and payment, we will begin building your custom wooden commemorative or patriotic flag. With your custom order, you can expect the highest of Commemorative Flags by Precision Studios standards – hand-selected domestic hardwoods, durable stains or paints, and quality hardware.

STEP 4: Order Ready & Shipping

When your order is completed, we will inform you by sending a photo of the finished project, and letting you know when it has been packaged and made ready for shipment. Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent once the custom order has been shipped.

You can expect a 1-3 week processing time from receipt of your request to completion and delivery of your custom project.

QUESTION: How long will it take for me to receive my custom flag?

Custom products are billed at time of purchase and are non-refundable. When we receive an order, our team goes right to work to finalize the artwork, set up and schedule the production process and equipment. this entire process can take up to 3 weeks, but usually less.
