The Thin Green Line Tribute

The Thin Green Line pays tribute to Fish and Wildlife officers, Animal Control officers, Park Rangers and Environmental Police, as well as Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT), paramedics, Advanced Emergency Technicians and other emergency medical professionals. It also represents military veterans and active duty in the U.S. Army and Military Police, as well as our Border Patrol.
First responders, or who we refer to as our Local Heroes, put their lives on the line as they are the first to react when an emergency or other situation occurs. So, how can you say thanks for their amazing service? Displaying or gifting a Local Hero flag is one of the best ways to show your appreciation and respect for those that sacrifice their lives on a daily basis to protect us, our communities and our freedoms.
We owe so much to these and other first responders on a daily basis. All our first responders are local heroes. Help us celebrate these local heroes – they truly deserve our praise and admiration.
