Return & Refund Policy

• Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If we make an error while building your wooden flag, we will fix it. However, we do not normally accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than crafting errors.

• If an item purchased is out of stock, we will promptly contact you by phone and/or email and you will have the choice to choose another similar product, be refunded for the out-of-stock item, or you can choose to wait for the item to be shipped. In addition, we cannot cover return shipping costs. If you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for return shipping using the carrier of your choice. Upon receiving the item in good condition, we'll issue a refund minus our original shipping costs.

• If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Damages or Incorrect Product

• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You may also return the product if it is incorrect or damaged for a full refund, and we will cover return shipping fees.

• If the merchandise is defective or damaged during shipment, we will replace it at no cost to the buyer. Again, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of your order and we will do everything we can to make things right.

• Please contact us at support@commemorativeflags.com with images of the damage, and whether the shipping damage was noted upon signing for the delivery, to begin the return process.

 

Refunds

• If the return is authorized, we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@commemorativeflags.com.

 

Warranty Information

• The Commemorative Flags by Precision Studios limited lifetime warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty on all our flags to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the owner. Please keep in mind that wooden flags being displayed outside may require routine care and upkeep.
