We are a Retired Military Officer owned and operated business and we will do our best to earn your respect and business by providing you with the best customer service possible. When you order from us, you can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

 

What to expect after placing your order.

• As soon as you place your order and confirmed your shipping address, you will receive an “Order Confirmation” email letting you know that we have received your order.

• Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed your order will be processed and made ready for shipment.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as around Christmas or other holidays), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

 

*NOTE:

Things can get quite busy everywhere during the holidays, so there is no guarantee on shipping times during this season. Due to logistic delays, please consider shopping early and allowing more shipping time for your orders to be delivered for the holidays. Be sure to check lead times to ensure that you get your product in time for Christmas, your anniversary, your birthday, etc. Please be patient with us and other retailers and plan to order as early as possible to ensure your gift will arrive on time. Shipping Timeline

• We try our best to always keep a wide range of non-customized commemorative and patriotic flags on hand. However, sometimes that can be a challenge.

• In-stock items will be shipped within 2 days, using standard shipping. Custom orders will typically take 2-3 weeks processing time before ready to be shipped.

• We will send you tracking information on the day your order ships to the email address you have provided at checkout. You can track your shipment at any time with this tracking number.

• If you do not receive tracking information from us within 14 days from your purchase date, feel free to reach out to us via the chat, Contact Us page, or email us at support@commemorativeflags.com.

• If there is a delay to your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or unavailability or price change through a supplier, a dedicated customer support specialist will reach out to you using your contact details listed in the order form. We will inform you of what happened, why, and any changes in the item ordered. If the new conditions are unacceptable to you, you have the right to cancel the order at that time.

 

Shipping Charges

• We ship to the lower 48 contiguous states free of charge. However, please inquire about possible additional shipping charges when purchasing from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.

Upon Receipt of the Package

• If your package arrives damaged, please reach out to us immediately at support@commemorativeflags.com with your order number and pictures of the damage, if possible.
